CBPark has all the necessary legal permits and licenses. The Park has municipal land use permits for small and medium-sized enterprises as well as state and federal permits to guarantee the legality of the lots, proud member of AMPIP (Asociación Mexicana de Parques Industriales Privados, A. C.).

The Park is legally constituted and authorized by the different federal (SEMARNAT, INAH, CNA, SCT, CFE), state (SDS, INSEJUPY and Civil Protection) and city (land use, zoning operation and construction) licenses.

In accordance with the resolution issued by SEMARNAT for the CBPark Industrial Park, for the operation, each warehouse will have a biodigestion treatment system, which will receive the sanitary water discharges from the facilities, this means that each warehouse will have a biodigester with the capacity according to the number of people in the ship and in accordance with NOM-001-SEMARNAT-1996, which establishes the maximum permissible limits of contaminants in wastewater discharges. Each project will be subject to the regulations established in the Ley Nacional del agua and the biodigester will be the owner’s investment.

About power, the park has a 34.5 kV medium voltage power grid, each industrial lot has thirty kVA of power assigned by the park. Services, utilities, and amenities such as; voice and data infrastructure, firefighting system, natural gas line at the foot of the road, perimeter fence (2.5 m high), Public lighting with LED lights, wide roads 14 m wide, parking for trucks.
