Central Business Park is established under the Condominium Regime, thought and designed to offer quality in the storage service and industrial activities, both for the owners, users, suppliers and workers.
ARCHITECTURE AND ENGINEERING COMMITTEE
CBP has an Internal Committee made up of specialists with extensive experience in architecture, engineering, electricity, the environment, among others, who assist the investor by guiding him and making recommendations to his project
based on local regulations.
ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS
Aware of the importance of caring for the environment and in compliance with the Environmental Protection Law of the State of Yucatan, actions to mitigate the impact on flora and fauna were established.
We built a nursery for the conservation and reproduction of trees and native plants of the region and a fauna passage that ensures the safe transit of animals on the road, in addition, large areas of green areas were allocated throughout the Park.
